I’m a human-centered designer with a background in software engineering. Through the experience as a Software Engineer at Fortune 500 companies, I’ve learned to solve complex and ambiguous problems to fulfill customer needs.

I’ve worked in varied problem spaces including system technology, e-commerce, healthcare, and government. I currently work at Ad Hoc LLC, supporting both public-facing Marketplace and Medicare to help people apply for government-provided health coverage.

As a designer, I believe we should never limit ourselves to the illusion of ‘everyone knows’. By following a research-based, human-centered design approach, it is important to investigate and learn more of the emerging user expectations. Staying in synch with current design and technology trends also keep me aware of the complex and sophisticated user interactions with digital products.

The combination of research, technology and design knowledge is my personal North Star because users expect to seamlessly-yet-exquisitely interact with every product they use daily. I’m excited and proud to be part of the ever-evolving UX/UI design scene to help tackle new challenges in the industry and meet user expectations.
